This ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn at any time, with or without cause. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, “Holder”), agrees to the terms hereof. By using this ticket and entering the venue, Holder agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this license.
Any unauthorized transmission, picture or other depiction or description of any event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the “Event”) is prohibited without the express written consent of the operator of the venue (collectively, the “Operator”) and/or any licensee of the venue (the “Venue Licensee”) as applicable. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes) or any other trade or commercial purposes, without the express written consent of the Operator and/or the Venue Licensee, as applicable. Holder grants permission to the Operator and the Venue Licensees (and their designees) to utilize Holder’s image, likeness, actions and/or statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial r promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
Breach of any of the terms of this licenses, failure to comply with venue rules, or the refunding to Holder of the printed purchase price on the face of this ticket shall automatically terminate any rights that holder may have hereunder, shall render illegal and unauthorized Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose, and shall authorize the Operator or the Venue Licensee to withdraw the ticket at any time prior to the Event, refuse admission to the venue or eject Holder from the venue. Breach of any of the terms of this license shall also subject Holder to all legal remedies available to the Operator or Venue Licensees. Resale or attempted resale of this ticket in violation of applicable law is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be stolen or counterfeit and, if so, are void. The Operator reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct the Operator deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming. The Operator reserves the right to change the location, date and/or starting time of the Event shown on the front of this ticket, and no such change shall entitle the Holder to a refund of the purchase price for this ticket.
HOLDER (1) VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND ANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT, WHETER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWSOEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE; (2) AGREES THAT OPERATOR, VENUE LICENSEE, OWNER OF THE VENUE, AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE; AND (3) RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES’ NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
There is an inherent risk of exposure to viruses and illness, including COVID-19, in any public place where people are present. By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to viruses and illness, including COVID-19, and Venue disclaims any and all liability related thereto.
If this ticket is for an accessible seat, and if Holder transfers this ticket to an individual who does not require an accessible seat, the Operator reserves the right to move such individual and his or her companions to the closest available or comparable non-accessible seating. If this ticket is for a non-accessible seat, and if the Holder either requires an accessible seat or transfers this ticket to an individual who requires an accessible seat, Holder or the transferee (as applicable) is advised to contact the Operator’s Box Office to determine whether there is an accessible seat available for the Event. This ticket exchange process is on a first-come, first-serve basis and there is no guarantee that accessible seating will be available.
